Carol Kalliche is special counsel in the Fort Lauderdale office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Prior to joining Arnstein & Lehr, Ms. Kalliche was senior attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group at the firm of Becker & Poliakoff.

Carol Kalliche is special counsel in the Fort Lauderdale office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Prior to joining Arnstein & Lehr, Ms. Kalliche was senior attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group at the firm of Becker & Poliakoff.

Ms. Kalliche has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. She provides comprehensive representation to the Town of Southwest Ranches on all of its real property matters, including negotiating contracts and closing all real property acquisitions and dispositions, plat reviews, right-of-way issues, easements, and development agreements.

Ms. Kalliche is a member of The Real Property Probate and Trust Section of The Florida Bar and is an authorized agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Ms. Kalliche is a volunteer attorney with the Tracey McPharlin Dependency Pro Bono Project (a division of Legal Aid), representing dependent children at all proceedings affecting their safety, permanency, health and well-being.
